Pre-Listing Inspections
$250 regardless of home size
A pre-listing inspection is a professional home inspection that a seller has done on their property before listing it for sale on the market, allowing them to identify potential issues and necessary repairs beforehand, giving them more control over the selling process and the ability to address problems before a buyer’s inspection occurs; essentially, it’s a way for the seller to be aware of their home’s condition before putting it on the market.
If you choose to use Ozark Mountain Property Inspections for your pre-listing inspection and you are purchasing a new home inside our service area, we will provide a Tier 2 buyer inspection for the price of Tier 1. This means that you are getting a comprehensive report with our additional services: Thermal imaging, utility scoping, combustion gas detection, refrigerant gas detection and carbon monoxide testing for a discounted rate.
